Eran's recent work includes serving as musical director for the opening night of the Hatikva (The Hope) project (2025) with Symphonette Raanana, where he conducted, played the piano, and wrote all the arrangements and orchestrations for the evening.

His long-standing collaboration with the Israeli Opera has included serving as part of the creator team in the role of orchestrator for Theodor (2023), showcasing his expertise in musical architecture and large-scale composition, and as assistant conductor to Maestro Michele Gamba for The Marriage of Figaro (2022). He has also performed as a pianist, musical director for various concerts, and orchestrator/arranger for special productions with the company. He concluded his tenure as music director of the Hebrew Choir Berlin (2019–2022).
